Purchased a kitchen faucet 18 months ago at this store. It developed a leak and I contacted store. as purchased over 1 yr ago I was directed to the manufacturer for warranty. After speaking to them they advised me to bring faulty faucet back to Cdn Tire. Customer service at the store gave me a new faucet and were very helpful both by phone and in person. No hassle , no problem... much thanks

This store has disappointed me on many levels. Seems like everytime I try to to purchase something it always has the wrong price on the shelf. The staff seems to never know where anything is or what any thing is. I have told myself time and time again to steer clear of this store. It's time management gets there ducks in a row.

Terrible. Called wanting to purchase a tire they showed in stock. Young man refused to go look for it.. I was willing to drive 40 minutes to pick it up, I just wanted confirmation that it was there before making the trip.
