I actually don’t like the pharmacy staff here. I always have issues with my refills. Even thou we are set up for auto refill. If i don’t call and check, i would miss a day or two every time. They used to be great when we first registered with them 4 years ago. Maybe time to switch.nn4 stars because the rest of the store has a great collection and very friendly staff

I always get put on hold for 20+ minutes on the phone when all I want is to ask a small, quick question. Get more staff if they can't answer the phone. I work at another pharmacy and I understand how busy it can be but have more pharmacists there like this is ridiculous. Trying to get a hold of someone having to wait 20+ minutes just to check my prescription.

The staff is greatnnA friend of mine even has an emotional support pup in training that is bigger but only 8months so she looks oldernThe are always so good with her. And happy to see them.nnAlways knowledgeable and helpful when I've been innAlways well stocked and cleared isles

I agree with most of the other reviews. The main store is great as are the staff, but the pharmacy team is rude and dismissive. Perhaps all these bad reviews of this staff should be addressed. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I can't blame the whole store on the actions of just one particular department.

Pharmacist was very rude to me when I went to ask a question, not impressed how I was treated. The store itself I love the staff very kind but something needs to be done about the pharmacy team atleas have a smile and be respectful
