The pharmacy has a really hard time answering the phone. Every time I've called the pharmacy my call is just never answered. Currently sitting on hold in the middle of the day 27/8/2024 2:50pm to see if anyone will even answer. It's been 45 minutes so far.nnEdit: went into the store while still on hold after an hour and a half... their phone just doesn't ring at all. Stood by the pharmacy for 10 minutes while still and hold to see if I could hear anything. Absolutely nothing. I guess you just need to go in person if you need to speak with someone.
Cannot believe the embarrassing service you get from the pharmacy. It's one thing to be busy, but when there's literally only 2 people who are staff there, and only 1 customer in the whole 25 000 sq ft building asking a simple question and you can't even give a second of your time, you deserve to go out of business. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves for having standards so low that even this makes Gaylen Weston look like a saint.nnThe self serve cash has more personality and respect than anyone wearing a Shoppers uniform.nnTotal absolute garbage of a place that will make hell look like a 5-star all inclusive vacation.nnIf you need a reason to boycott these stores, just read all the recent reviews and use your common sense.nnThis is the lowest of lows Moncton has ever allowed to exist.nnI thought I'd celebrate if this store failed, but it doesn't even deserve that recognition.nnIf this store would be burning and the lady at the pharmacy would need saving, I'd offer the same service she gave me which was leaving her to help herself.nnI don't expect her to give herself any help either, she doesn't know how to.nnSave your dignity by not ever stepping foot in this cesspool of toxic and utterly disgusting behaviour.nnI'm actually happy I can now rest easy knowing I will never go to this Robbers Drug Farce ever again.nnPlease avoid at all cost.
I am not one to write negative reviews but I had an extremely disappointing experience today with a customer service representative named Jessica. A few months ago, I took the initiative to update my insurance information with the pharmacy, as I was advised to do so. However, when I went to pick up my prescription today, I encountered a series of issues that were mishandled by Jessica.nnWhen my insurance information did not go through, Jessica was rude, abrasive, consistently cut me off and offered no help when I asked questions trying to problem solve. I provided Jessica with my phone so she could check the ID number directly as I advised her that I called and maybe the update wasn’t made. Unfortunately, she input the information incorrectly, resulting in a second denial. Instead of offering any assistance or taking responsibility for her mistake, she simply walked away without saying a word.nnFeeling frustrated and desperate for a solution, I approached the pharmacist on duty to see if they could try one more time. It was only when the pharmacist intervened that Jessica came back and became slightly more helpful. However, to my dismay, she proceeded to blame me for the incorrect ID number input, despite the fact that she had copied it directly from my phone. This lack of accountability and professionalism only served to further tarnish my opinion of her customer service skillsnnOverall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated during this interaction and would not recommend this particular representative to anyone in need of assistance at the pharmacy. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help when faced with a problem left a lasting negative impression on me.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME BEING TRETED A THIEF IN CANADA.nnToday, Around 3:30 pm Sep 4th. 2024nI came to this place in order to buy cosmetics and a bus card.nnWith my big bag, I was looking for some moistures or facial oils l. A staff working at a cosmetics- probably an Indian lady- asked me what kinds of cosmetics I needed, so I answered that I was just looking around, finding some moistures or facial oils, then she said to me that I could call her if I needed help.nnA few moments later, suddenly, she asked me in front of the cosmetic area-even she didn't come to me-WHETHER THE BELONGS IN MY BAG ARE BOUGHT FROM THIS PLACE OR OTHERS AND TOLD ME THAT MY STUFFS COULD BE KEEP IN THE SHOP.nnWhen using other Shoppers, I've NEVER heard about that service like this, so it was so weird to hear that I asked her why she told me like that, and she answered that customers could keep their bag if they want.nnActually, at the moment, I was really uncomfortable, getting a hint in the way she looked at me ,watching my bag.nnI didn't buy any cosmetic products even though I should, and then I asked the other staff at the counter, buying a bus card, nif there is a service to keep customers' belongings in this Shoppers and she said NO, but it's possible ,but anybody is not responsible for keeping those belongings, adding she's not said to customers like the stuff working at the cosmetic area.nnI love Shoppers, but this experience was very unacceptable. I was just comparing products , probably waiting to get advised with staffs, this place noticed me to find a proper shoppers.nnTHANK YOU FOR LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE!
THE WORST SHOPPERS IN MONCTON!!!!! Tim the pharmacist/store owner is rude beyond belief!!! Most of the comments here say the same thing and I wonder why Shoppers hasn’t stepped in and did something about this. The workers in the cosmetic section are no better. They treat customers like dirt and carry a rude and unprofessional manner. There demeanour towards the public is unacceptable.nnMy girlfriend and I went into the store tonight looking at Fragrances. I politely asked the cosmetician if I can spray a sample of cologne on my arm. She wouldn’t let me even hold the bottle saying that she had a hard time with a customer earlier and that Loblaws made a new rule that customers weren’t allowed to hold the bottle, but yet the there are bottles out in the open and all the other shoppers in the city don’t have this rule. In other words she don’t trust us and made up a lie about them having this new rule in place. Just because she had a bad night doesn’t mean you have to treat us rude.nnI called and spoke to TIM and explained the situation. He was no help. His answer was “ there is no rule from Loblaws but I let them make their own rules”. Even after the cosmetics lady lied, TIM wouldn’t recognize this and still continued to defend her. He then said “make this quick I'mnBusy”.nnI have never been to a Shoppers yet where the service was this bad from the Cosmetics worker and the owner. Our family will never shop here again and our files have switched. You should be ashamed of yourself but from the reviews on this page, you don’t know how to run a business. We will be calling the head office on this!
