Polite Staff! Hallways where not cluttered. Easy to find everything. Pharmacy is always quick and easy to deal with, medications have always been ready when they said they would be overall a great place to shop 8/10nI have a daughter so I know theres a good and wide variety of make-up and other femine products like shampoo ect.

Alex, the cashier, is always courteous, helpful and easy to deal with. People like Alex will keep me being a loyal and satisfied customer. 5 stars all the way. I hope he gets the same great service in return when it's his turn to shop somewhere.

Several times have I been to this pharmacy location and it’s the same crap tim Dunn the pharmacy owner is insanely rude to everyone last night me and my friend went in and she had a rash and he was snippy with her when she said her family who worked in a pharmacy said to use something and he cut her off and said it doesn’t make them a pharmacist. He was also saying I don’t have time to quote deal with you and a little bit after I had went to the washroom and he was coming out of it so I asked if I could use it and he said I just cleaned it don’t get your shit everywhere. I go to give him the key back and I told him he should be a little nicer and that he’s rude and he said yeah your welcome I said no and he said next time you’re not getting it referencing the key to the bathroom. I’ve watched this pharmacist yell at and berate people on NUMEROUS occasions over the past year or so that I’ve lived in the area so it’s not a one off that he’s rude I genuinely do not know what his problem is

I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated during our visit.nnWe originally purchased a medicine and unfortunately received an empty box. When we came back earlier, another staff member explained that she needed the empty box, provided us with a receipt, and advised us to email the medicine company. We followed those instructions but never received any response, so we returned to the store again for help.nnToday, Friday, January 30th around 6:15 PM, we visited the store again and spoke to the supervisor, Nancy. Instead of listening to our situation, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and accusatory. She repeatedly said that she thought “something fishy was going on,” even though we were calmly trying to explain what had happened.nnNancy refused to listen, walked away multiple times, and then began shouting loudly in the store, drawing attention from other customers and making it seem like we were doing something wrong. This was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional.nnAt one point, the cashier/receptionist was actually very polite and helpful and was trying to understand and assist us. However, Nancy told her not to speak with us, accusing us of harassing her, which was completely false. We were not harassing anyone — we were the ones being harassed.nnI strongly suggest that the store manager or owner review the security camera footage from that time to clearly see her behavior, tone, expressions, and how the situation was handled.nnAs customers, we expected support and a respectful conversation, especially for a genuine issue involving medication. Instead, we were treated with suspicion, disrespect, and humiliation.nnThis experience was unacceptable, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the supervisor’s behavior. No customer should be treated this way.

Women coming here for birth control- beware. I booked online to refill my prescription, which I was originally prescribed at this same pharmacy in October. My booking was cancelled twice, so I called to find out why December 29, 2025, at 11:38 am. A man answered the phone and was immediately unpleasant; he sounded irritated that I was calling. Without asking for my information, he said they don’t prescribe birth control if it’s your first time there. I explained that it wasn’t my first time there and gave my name, but he insisted I had never been there before.nnHe then claimed they couldn’t book me because I needed to “see a doctor for birth control” and that I needed a Pap smear before they would even consider refilling the birth control I have been taking for years. Even IF it were my first time there like it was in October, that information is completely incorrect. Pharmacists can prescribe birth control, and this person does not know the specifics of my Pap smear history.nnI told him I am certain I had been there I have the appointment history on my online account, it even lists my Rx #, the location, and the prescribing pharmacist, but he continued to insist I was wrong and that I didn’t know where I went. It was a very strange interaction. I suggested there might be a system or entry error from my previous visit, and he became dismissive, abruptly ending the call with a shockingly aggressive “okay, bye.”nnEven if my information had been entered incorrectly or my file disappeared, you would expect professionalism, not aggression and misinformation. This was a wildly unprofessional, inaccurate, and unnecessarily hostile interaction. Staff who cannot communicate respectfully should not be handling patient care.nnI’ve heard stories of men being dismissive or combative toward women seeking contraception, but I had never experienced it firsthand until now. I called a different Shoppers pharmacy one I had never been to, and the person on the phone said it was strange they couldn’t find my file but assured me they could create a new one and fill my prescription without issue.nnThis was more than rude behaviour; it’s unprofessional and falls under the mandate of the provincial pharmacy regulatory body. Pharmacists are expected to provide accurate information and treat patients respectfully, and this interaction clearly failed on both counts. I will be avoiding this location going forward and hope it is addressed for the sake of future patients.
