Pharmacy goes above and beyond to ensure timely, thorough and exceptional customer service. Have been thoroughly impressed by the customer service as being a caregiver for a parent with terminal illness they are quick to answer questions and are able to fill prescriptions timely and are adaptable to changes as required and provide same day service. I switched to this pharmacy a year ago for my personal family and have since switched my aging parents as well due to the exceptional service we have received by the entire pharmacy team. Keep up the good work!
I used to love the pharmacy here, the staff were extremely helpful, and the one pharmacist still is, I really wish I saw him more often. However, I have run into Ahmend the pharmacist there three times now and the experience is always the same. He has zero time for customer service, he is unfriendly, unwilling to help, and walks away making the sales counter drop-off counter the priority over the client in front of him. I dread going to the pharmacy counter when I see him as the experience is always the same. Seriously thinking about leaving Shoppers Drug Mart all together.
First time I visited the beauty boutique, excellent customer service there! However, Today I went in with my daughters, to purchase a box of hair dye, and the entire time we were followed by an employee there, she followed us through every aisle all the way to the check out, and even hovered over to check the screen, for TWO items, very obviously staring at us, suspicious of us. We felt discriminated against, and so uncomfortable. I understand there’s a high school near by, and students probably come in. But it was very unnecessary. I’ve never experienced this in my life. If you feel there’s high theft, hire a security guard to do that job. I’m sure retail policy doesn’t allow employees to do that. Just based off this horrid experience I don’t plan on coming back. The last thing I deserved as a valued customer, is some uneducated employee acting big for a small job.
This is one of the worst stores I’ve ever visited. My friend had to use the bathroom and politely asked the cosmetician, and she rudely responded and said no. I went back to purchase something today and noticed that a customer did get to use the bathroom. I asked the manager in the store and she said that they only let certain customers use the washroom, assess the situation and see who it is, and then say yes or no. Basically, if you look like a normal customer you most likely will not be allowed to use the bathroom even if it is an emergency.
Beauty department waits for sales and commission to come to them.nNever once shopping in cosmetics have I been asked for assistance by a beauty specialist. Only if I’m standing in front of prestige makeup, they don’t come to derm awful theft prevention too or mass cosmetics.
