This morning I went to another Shoppers Drug Mart to exchange a product, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to because the item was discounted and it wasn’t purchased at that specific location. I completely understood the policy, even though I was a little disappointed in myself for the mistake.nnHowever, my interaction with Michelle truly turned my morning around. While we were talking, she took the time to explain a few things about the PC Optimum perks and other things about Shoppers that I didn’t know before. She was kind, patient, and very informative.nnNo lie, I walked in a little disappointed, but I left feeling super happy and uplifted. It’s 11:33 AM and I’m still thinking about the great customer service I received and everything I learned. Thank you Michelle for making such a positive impact on my day!
I want to give a shout out to Dan who works in the pharmacy. He always has a smile. He acknowledges you when you come to the counter and serves you as soon as he can. Dan always says hi to me even when I am shopping for something else. He has gone out of his way a few times to help me when I needed it. Dan is an asset to any company.
I was doing some Valentine's Day shopping and I got the best service from Addis in the perfume and cosmetics section. She helped me pick out gifts for my girlfriend and wrapped them up in a wonderful complementary gift box for me! And then I managed to forget my greeting card - Addis tracked me down outside and made sure I got it! Thank you so much Addis for going above and beyond and for making it a great experience!
after a long visit to Urgent Care Sunday morning I stopped here to get two prescriptions filled. Not my regular pharmacy but the young man on duty took me right away. Setup up an account for me, filled my scripts and made sure I understood the details of both. I didn't get his name but his efforts to help this senior was very much appreciated. Many thanks for your care !
Long overdue.nI’ve been coming here for years, I’m so fed up with the layout changes here. Can I just walk into the damn store without a guard rail locking on me?nThis is ridiculous, garbage store! The only good part is the post office because they actually care about doing their job. Outside of that this place sucks
