Do yourself a favour: do not use the pharmacy here.nThoroughly fed up of the Pharmacy. Some assistants are helpful and kind, but the majority appear to act as though the customer is a great hassle, and absolutely stupid. It makes me wonder about management because somebody is obviously encouraging this attitude. They will take their time on scripts, fail to let you know about the status of your scripts so if it’s an important medication, you’re in for a battle and the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. One pharmacist promises a script will be ready the next day, on calling that next day, another declares the script hasn’t even been prepared and in fact will not be released.nI’m going to need to be on blood pressure pills from dealing with them, and I will certainly not be getting those pills from Shoppers!
I’m making this complaint directly but also want to share it as a public warning. I strongly advise against using the pharmacist services at this location. When I sought professional advice, the pharmacist offered minimal assistance and no practical remedy or support.nnThis experience was a stark contrast to other Shoppers pharmacies I’ve visited, but I now understand that each location is independently managed, leading to varying levels of service quality.
The pharmacist at this location SUCKS. I’m extremely surprised he’s still employed at this location. Rude, zero customer service skills, makes you seem like a massive burden for asking to fill a very minor prescription, tells you to come back the next day every single time, and with attitude. I’ve withdrawn all of my prescriptions from all shoppers locations and I’m so happy I did. Go to an independent pharmacy that will go above and beyond for you
I removed my honest review about my experience at this location on February 25th of 2025. Because store manager called me on my personal cell number and threatened and harassed me with legal actions. Welcome to a new normal Please stop calling me , I will switch my prescription to another store.
Major issues with the pharmacists at this location -nNot willing to fill a prescription due to being too busy, told no refills , when we clearly know there is - have even had to bring home town pharmacy in, told not call and then being hung up on.nThey know that their location is prime due to the students - thus seem to think they have power.nNot sure why there has to be a literal fight every time medication is needed.nIsn’t this their job????
