I went to the Grand Park Location to get the Covid Vaccine Booster dose. The Pharmacist, Mr. Dharmesh Patel and the assistant Mikhaela Acasta were very friendly and very efficient. They provided an excellent customer service to me. The vaccination event was quick and Mr. Dharmesh Patel was efficient to inject painlessly following all the vaccination protocols. I appreciate their quicknService . Thank you .

This employee named Laura todayI got the name from another employee responded very rudely from the beginning til end.nnShe was very unprofessional in customer service and I told her she could have responded nicely instead of rudely, she said she was nice from the beginning and I was rude when I just simply asked if I could return a parcel. She coldly said I should look at notes instead of asking. I pointed out her attittude and she didn't think she was rude at all but she said I was rude because I asked about parcel return instead of checking notes and walking away without asking.nnWhat kind of customer service person asks customers not to ask questions about service but just look at notes in the store? I would have asked to get a manager and talked to the manager but I lacked time so I left.
