Realized I had forgotten to pick up my medical supplies from my regular provider on a Saturday morning of a long weekend. Ostomy supplies are very difficult to find last minute without pre ordering. I Found this pharmacy Calea, thanks to a referral from another one I’d called who couldn’t help me. The lady who took my call was extremely informative and helpful. She opened a file for me, looked in their system and had the supplies I needed in stock. She had a rush delivery to me within 3.5 hours from the time I called. And for a very reasonable same day delivery fee. I live over 80km away from the pharmacy itself so I was very impressed. Highly recommend!
I recently awaited an urgent delivery for my mother regarding wound care and unfortunately, there was a mix up between Home Care and Calea that caused it to be delayed. I left a message for Calea customer service explaining this and thought that nothing would really happen to help. Great help did come today in the form of a customer service representative Shonell who after my explanation and concerns was able to through conversation with Home Care, quickly arrange a delivery the next day. She was efficient and understanding. A true professional. Thank you, Calea Pharmacy for hiring her!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Guaranteed time of delivery for 6:30pm so my mom was discharged from hospital. Was called back and told 7pm, still okay. No delivery by 7:30pm so I called back and was advised they were just put on the truck. I said I would pick them up as they are needed ASAP but was advised they were gone. 9:30pm call from pharmacist asking if mom had allergies and they were just putting together the IVs medications. Absolutely unacceptable service.
Horrible equipment. The nursing home rented a pump for my dad’s subcutaneous fluids that was really helping him fight an illness, he was doing better until their useless machine failed. While we got another one delivered, more than 12 hrs later, he got severely dehydrated and completely affected his well being. Also these machines look old and uncared for. I wish LTC homes stopped renting from them. I wish i could give 0 stars.
Waited on hold 15 minutes to speak with a manger regarding deliveries. Called back and was told the manager wasn’t in today. I receive a delivery on a weekly basis. It has been months since the delivery has arrived on time. Some weeks I’m having to sit here and wait 6 hours past the expected delivery time. No respect for customers time!
