I had an exceptional experience at Shoppers Drug Mart, all thanks to Samar and Chuck! They both paused their tasks to assist me in searching for a product that I had trouble finding elsewhere. Despite the product not being on the shelves yet, they diligently sifted through freshly delivered boxes and located what I needed. Their pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my day. Such dedicated customer service deserves recognition. Thank you, Samar and Chuck, for making my shopping experience so wonderful!
The worse service! I came to buy 2 fragrances. First, I waited long enough for the “right person” to attend. Second, once she came, I got profile just for the way I was dressing. I really needed it, but i didn’t buy. They don’t deserve my money, wouldn’t recommend this place.
My Family and I have been visiting Shoppers Drug Mart on Southdown Road Mississauga since last ten years. Customer service is excellent and staff are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The shelves are neatly arranged. There are staff to provide beauty tips if required. There is also a corner for taking photos for passport requirements. A very good all round outlet.
This shoppers drug mart is atrocious.nThe staff do not want to help their customers.nThe only pleasant associate is at the beauty counter.nThe check out staff are never there.nPlease improve your service, at the pharmacy, checkout and make sure a manager is available at all times.
what kind of pharmacy doesn’t have Q-tips? I walked next door to Metro and found what i was looking for in seconds, after walking around Shoppers for 10+ minutes, with an unhelpful employee unwilling to help me find what i was looking for beyond “check these two aisles”
