nI had an excellent experience at Shoopers. Pharmacist Savijot went above and beyond to clarify my prescription and made sure I fully understood everything. The service was professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Truly outstanding support — thank you, Savijot!

I’m not sure who allowed free methadone at this location but it is attracting people that make me uncomfortable. I seen parents with young children leave the store. I’ve seen these individuals steal stuff dump in their backpack and walk out. Obviously this store is getting money from the government to provide this free service that our tax payers pay for. For Shoppers to care more about the drug users then it’s actual paying customer is insane.nnTHIS STORE SHOULD BE AVOIDED UNTIL THIS POLICY IS OVERTURNED!!!!

Not a good place for prescriptions.nSeveral times I tried to renew my prescription, and it didn't work. Doctors office said they never received the fax. Pharmacy tells me they sent the fax.nNobody moves an inch to help. Unless, of course, you pay $15 fee. In that case, they're happy to help and extend your prescription for a month. The pharmacist didn't even come say hello. I wish the $15 went to the nice lady who talked to me at the prescription drop off counter.

My Family and I have been visiting Shoppers Drug Mart on Southdown Road Mississauga since last ten years. Customer service is excellent and staff are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The shelves are neatly arranged. There are staff to provide beauty tips if required. There is also a corner for taking photos for passport requirements. A very good all round outlet.

Worse customer service! I asked the cashier at the south down, clarkson location about a gift card issue. She started to raise her voice and speak so loud that everyone in the store stopped what they were doing and started starting.  She gave me attitude and basically told me go to the branch that the gift card was purchased or call customer service because this branch doesn't refund or sort out issues,  and mind you the whole store hear could hear her. This branch definitely need training for the staff !!!
