I came in looking for help in the beauty section but felt uncomfortable from the moment I approached. Instead of being acknowledged, I was met with stares and no greeting. So I went to the general area and circled back. One employee did help me after waiting at the till. I appreciate her help! Long story short I required a bit more help I was told to wait, which I completely understand. After waiting for quite a while I decided to leave. As I was leaving, the other employee finally asked if I had any luck finding anything. I just wanted to leave at the at point to be honest!nnOverall, I felt overlooked despite clearly needing assistance. The experience left me feeling as though help was being offered selectively.nnI went to a different shopper’s with a much more pleasant experience, despite there being One employee.
Had an amazing experience at Shoppers 214! Huge shoutout to TANNAZ for her incredible customer service. I've been your customer for a long time but recently I noticed a new changes that I would love to address. Tannaz walked me through a skincare routine step by step and recommended exactly what my skin needed — from a gentle cleanser and hydrating serum to the perfect moisturizer and SPF. She also explained how the Optimum points work so I can get the most value on future purchases. Please add me to the system so I don’t miss updates on upcoming events and sales. TANNAZ made the whole visit easy and personal. 10/10!

Well laid out and bright. Yet another retailer that almost forces you to self checkout. The one human cashier was too busy yanking on the phone to want to help customers. I guess that's not what he is paid to do?
Came in here to buy a few things but instead I was discriminated against by this security gaurd who wouldn't leave me alone for even two minutes. Everywhere I went, he followed me and watched me. It was so off putting I left certain sections where I planned to buy things Skincare, baby isle, etc because I felt uncomfortable. Eventually I just left because I didn't think this location was worth spending my money at. Instead I'll go to a different location where they don't treat me like a suspect.
