Came here to leave a review because I’m genuinely wondering — how many more reviews will it take for this Shoppers to finally address the ongoing complaints about their security staff? Nearly every review says the same thing: customers feeling uncomfortable, watched, or followed while spending our money in your store. There’s a big difference between monitoring for safety and making shoppers feel so uneasy that they abandon their purchase and walk over to Safeway instead.nnJoe, the store manager, seems like a genuinely nice guy, and I do feel bad that one person is giving this location such a bad reputation. Unfortunately, I’ll be avoiding this store until something changes.
I always have a great experience at Shoppers. I get a message as soon as my medicine is ready, which is really helpful and convenient. All the employees are very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with any questions. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. Overall, excellent service every time I visit!
We’ve been getting our medications from this pharmacy for over a year, every two weeks, and it’s been really stressful. They often overcharge or make mistakes with the quantity of medication. Even when we call ahead to make sure everything is ready, they prepare the wrong medication or it’s still not done on time. It’s been very frustrating to deal with these issues so often. I really hope they improve their service and pay more attention to their regular customers
Very professional, well organized, friendly pharmacy team, some front staff ok but could be more friendly, post office well maintained & organized. Could be friendlier, just a nice smile would make clients feel more welcomed. Neat & clean, well stocked. Mel the owner is very knowledgeable & friendly. Anyone can approach him & would be treated well. Cosmetic clerk over & beyond, always a fresh breath of air when talking with her. Over all this particular Shoppers Drug mart is by far better than some of its other locations. The customer support manager, is very approachable, friendly & Customer oriented. Nice
The hired security here will literally follow you around the store — it’s uncomfortable and uninviting. It gets to the point where you don’t even want to spend a penny there. The Shoppers on Hastings by JJ Bean is a much better option. Less than a 5 minute drive I will never spend my money here again.
