Amir in the photo department was so helpful. I was hoping to buy a sewing machine. They were out of stock, but he found one for me at a different store. I ended up not buying the machine, but Amir really went above and beyond. Thank you!
Came here to take passport photos of my baby. The employee Narges was very patient, professional, and gave tips for how to take a successful photo, as it is hard to deal with a crying one month old baby, but the result came out perfect.
Photography department is not consistent and unclear with communication regarding film development.nnDropped my film for them to develop it on the 9th and was promised to have it done by the end of the day or the next day. Nothing came within 3 days so I called again and the associate said another 1-2 days. Nothing came again so I called and this time the associate didn’t even bother to ask what my order number and sounded very frustrated. Super unprofessional environment and will never come back here again.nnManagement needs to take a further look at this specific department and review them. Very rude, unprofessional, and they don’t know what they’re doing. Absolutely horrific.
The store offers a genuinely nice and friendly service, creating a positive experience for customers. It's worth noting that parking can get quite busy during peak hours, so plan accordingly to ensure a smooth visit.
Visit if you enjoy wasting your time waiting in line and be serviced by unfriendly, unmotivated and often inexperienced staff. Every 15 minutes they waste of your time waiting in line, is 15 minutes for them getting closer to clocking out for the day. No acknowledgment, no apologies, no nothing towards the waiting customers. They are not worth a lick of a penny that they earn in wages/salaries. Avoid if you value your time.
