Staff and management are EXCELLENT! Have been visiting for years, always a splendid experience. Great store, very similar to Shoppers! Edwin in particular has been VERY helpful throughout and we always tend to have a nice chat with him! Thank you and keep up the bright vibes
I’m unsure why the security guard was having a bad day but he was. Made the whole visit uncomfortable for myself and my partner. I have had bad experiences blackbird security at other store and this continues to be a trend. I hope hiring stores take note of this, and review the impact of profiling on minority groups.
Again im back in this store after w months.. i again had my favorite scent of bulgari. Thanks for Ms Icy for assisting me.. such a wonderful lady, she gave me some give aways..
I rate it 5 stat because I found here what I have been looking for. It was the last piece of my favorite bulgari omnia perfume.. I wish they have more stocks for me to be back.. and thanks for miss Edna who assisted me in the price tag..
If I can give it 0 I would. The staff were idling and not helping people. When you go to them, they see you not as customers but annoying bugs, wave you off and resume whatever the hack they were doingmostly chatting with peers.
Very rude, disrespectful, and aggressive staff members, I wasn’t able to find some medicine and asked for help, nobody helped on the side they are being very rude saying you have eyes figure it out by your self. Welcome to Rexall.
No customer service whatsoever. The staff was chatting and don’t even bother come over and help. When approached and asked questions they just give you a rough direction and resumed chatting. Avoid all you can.
they don’t let you return damaged products even if you have credit card online payment proof and they barely have any staff around to help they say they don’t record card payment
The wait for the pharmacy is too long sometimes. It will take forever to get your meds even when they not that busy. So be prepared to spend sometime here or get your prescriptions elsewhere.
I don't know who hire that asian store assistant manager, but definitely worst customer service, I bought something from UBER eats and it was available on UBER eats, he freaking yell at me and said it was not available anymore, for less than an hour? Ok, then I want to cancel this order and get my coupon back, he throw item to me and said it was mine and I suppose to deliver... Im not a ubereats driver, I just chose the store pick up option. Even Im a ubereats driver, should I be bullied? Whoever is at upper level management team need to investigate this and watch your video footage. Your security cam is not only for security, work on it.
