I was very satisfied with our visit here in Jan 2018 while visiting Fairbanks from the DC area.  The wait staff was very attentive to our drinks and the entire table's special orders - I have never seen so many, "No Mushroom" requests!  

Even the Miso soup, which is never my favorite course of the meal was very good.  The steak was top notch, and I was told that the shirmp was cooked very well, too!  

Thank you Shogun for making our second night in Fairbanks worthwhile!

Best hibachi I've ever eaten I'm from Texas so I'm new to these lands and I tell you what anyone coming to Alaska has to come to Shoguns it is so great

Probably the best place in Fairbanks to eat great staff and the owner really cares about the customer service. Can get a little bit expensive if you start ordering extra items, I go with my wife and child and if we order a main meal for the adults and share with the kid we can get out for under $40 which is good for Fairbanks.

Super delicious food and amazing service but the employees look like they wanna die. Other than that enjoy the place and enjoy their pain.
