This is my favorite sushi place in town! The highest quality of food for a Fairbanks reasonable price. The staff here is awesome!

Fuji Sushi is by far my favorite sushi in Fairbanks. The cozy atmosphere gives you a real sense of home and comfort. The staff is outstanding! They are always so charismatic and caring, at every visit. They even goes as far as remembering the order that I get every time that I go in. They make you feel so welcome, and pay close attention to detail. The sushi is always delicious and extremely fresh. Even though it's Fairbanks and everything seems to be expensive, their prices are pretty good and they have an awesome lunch menu. I always recommend Fuji to all my friends, and I would definitely recommend to you! Go check it out for yourself!
