Great evening. Male server was friendly and helpful. Good sense of humor and he has a sense of fun. Food was good and fast. Very enjoyable experience.

We have visited many times in the past. Today was a huge letdown. While my Korean Beef Bowl was tasty, my daughter's Chicken Cordon Bleu was a BUST!!! The chicken was RAW, as in COLD, PINK AND FLESHY!!! When we brought it to our server's (his name was David) attention, he was very sweet and apologetic and sent the manager over. I was absolutely appalled with her response however.. She insisted it was not undercooked, suggesting it was the skin (UM IT WAS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST) and said she could have it cooked more but then warned it would likely come back to me burnt! She then proceeded to say she would remove it from our bill. REALLY...AS IF THERE WAS ANY QUESTION!!! My daughter then ordered a soup instead. Would have expected to have gotten the soup complimentary since the first thing was SOOO awful and now she was eating all alone! But nope...nothing! We've been pretty loyal customers so I sort of expected better from them. Will not be back for a while.

So Btw there wings are not the best in Ontario. We go in as a family of 7 who are semi-regular customer on wing night. The website for this particular restaraunt says wings are 8.99$ lb. we get charged 10.99$ lb. we ask the manager and she says it’s a mistake on the website. We ask that the price be honoured from the website. As any store if the price advertised is different than charged the store honours the lower one. They refuse and after 10 min of arguing they finally agree to it. My wife is standing off to the side and overheard the female manager Kelsey asks the other waitresses if that annoying customer is gone yet and if someone can’t afford to go to dinner they shouldn’t eat out. We approached her and she denied it. Do not expect good service and the management are rude. We will not be returning even though we are local and have dined there since they opened.

Only giving this place one star so we can post a review. 1. Tables were dirty - had to clean them ourselves. 2. Had to wait half an hour for our appetizer. 3. Had to wait an additional half an hour for our mains (a sandwich and pad thai). 4. We were told that the reason for the food coming out late was because of a large take out order. This reason changed three times (lots of orders, new staff). 5. Instead of our waitress apologizing she instead came over to let us know that we were exaggerating how long we said we had waited and that it was actually only 29-30 minutes. This was untrue as I could pinpoint the amount of time we waited based on my phone calls placed while we were there. 6. When the manager came over instead of apologizing she said that she was asked to come over and what did we need from her. 7. She said she understood why we were mad and just offered her staff as an excuse and changed the excuse for the poor service multiple times. 8. Coming back about fifteen minutes later she let us know that the best she could do to rectify the situation was to offer us a ten dollars off coupon the next time we come in (one that included restrictions - I've gotten better in the mail). Nothing off our meal, all that was offered in addition was the owner's cell phone number (which tells you a lot). Horrible experience, nasty staff and incompetent management. Please don't make the mistake of spending money here and spend it somewhere worthwhile.

The service was very slow. The food was sub par and the only hot things to arrive at our table were the fries. Won't be in a rush to go back any time soon.
