KFC - Kemptville

Nice new place. Clean inside. And there are double ordering lanes outside which is nice when it is busy. Staff are very nice and friendly. Food is very hit or miss though. Last time I was there it was very hot and tasted great. But the food I got today was cold (the fries were very cold and you could tell they had been sitting a long time) and the sandwich had a stale tasting bun. Other than that it can still be a good location for a quick bite.

Slowest service ever . Waiting over 20 mins for an 8 pc chicken bucket is unacceptable in this day and age . Staff seem to be going in circles. I could have drove to Ottawa and ate quicker. Something needs to be done about this.

I usually don't give bad ratings but discovered last week that they do not serve any dairy products. I could not purchase a milk there, but they suggested a big old sugary pop drink. Very disappointed with KFC.

Only been twice and first time fries were dried out..tonight fries only half cooked. Both times salads are NOT full! And why are the chicken pieces unrecognizable?? Thighs and ribs look like they are now cut in half and being sold as one piece!! Won't go back.
