Treated us very poorly, made my daughter feel bad. Was owner just having a bad day, because she sure ruined ours! The owner was mean to my 10 year old daughter, who is very polite, and then extremely rude to me! My daughter is big for her age and now fits into small ladies shoes. Every year for the past few years we buy our sandles here for the summer. We were the only customers in the store, with the owner and one employee. This year, she rudely told my daughter she better be prepared to buy the next pair she tries on pair 4, because they have to put them away for 2 days after she tries them on. This is after hand sanitizer, spraying our feet, and having us wear nylons, which was no problem of course. We understand that the virus is scary, but that is no reason to treat us so poorly. We were complying to their new protocols, no problem!! And for $140 for a pair of children's sandles, trying on 4 different pairs to ensure the most comfortable fit is completely reasonable. Then upon payment, I made an inquiry about charging tax on children's shoes, and she replied very condescendingly, "I have been doing this for 10 years...". I told her I was just inquiring, and asked why she was being so rude today? No reply. I then quietly paid over $300 for a pair for myself, and a pair for my daughter. That's the last sale she will ever get from us, we won't be back in her store again.
The owner is extremely rude and unfriendly. No greeting when we came in at all today besides to bark at us not to touch anything.... my friend came straight from work to meet me there and she told her she wasn’t allowed in without a mask understandable but most places requiring masks are at least providing them... when she asked if she had one for her or if she knew anywhere else nearby she could grab them she barked no to both. They were advertising a big sale but the original price was so much higher than online or anywhere else that the sale barely brought it to the competitions price ... when we asked about it she snapped “buy them somewhere else then!” The whole experience was just uncomfortable and now I remember why I’ve never been back after popping in year ago and being treated poorly too. We went to Searls down the road right after where we were treated to amazing customer service and bought the same shoes there that we’d come in to shoe biz to look at. No wonder they are going out of business. Times are tough for everyone there’s no need to rest customers so poorly.
Went to every shoe store to find home shoes with arch support even orthopedic stores with no luck. Walk in this store and explained what I was looking for and I was out the door with the perfect shoes that I was totally looking for that I love in 10 minutes. Awesome service...
Thank you for your good service. The Fitflop sandals I purchased are exactly what I needed for plantar fasciitis recovery.
