My elderly mother went there to buy some shoes  she was ignored and disrespected she told me that the manager smelled intoxicated. This store advertises as if they have fabulous deals where actually they sell old styles for full price.. careful they will not refund and often don’t have sizes you need.
 Next time we will shop online save money get better selection

They don't even deserve one star. My elderly grandmother went to Searles to find a pair of shoes because she has trouble with her feet and finding shoes. Searles advertised as specialty shoe service. She went in, and she assumes it was the owner, made a rude comment about her feet which made her even more self conscience. She brought her service else where and was treated with respect. I would not recommend Searles to anyone after this demonstration of poor customer service.

I have diabetes and very tender feet and I got the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned and I'm going back here today to get a second pair so one pair can rest for a day while I wear the second pair. And Charity was so helpful and so knowledgeable and I was treated so well - beyond any level of service I ever expected.  They made a customer for how many more years I may have ahead of me.

I just got back from Searle's with another pair of my favourite SAS shoes and Charity, once again was great.  I walk using two crutches so she carried my new shoes out to my car that I had parked on Duncan.  I'm sold on Searle's - great shoes and great service - you do get what you pay for and I really like supporting local businesses like this one.  Thank you again Charity.

I always get great honest service at Searl's. I have a difficult foot to fit and they always make spot on recommendations. They carry all sorts of different shoe styles and I always find something a little out of the ordinary there. Thanks!

i just had some guy yell at me in the middle of the store , Not sure if it was the owner or manager , all I was trying to do is warranty my Keen sandals.    He said there is nothing he could do and that I should be using a shoe horn.  Lol  who the heck uses a shoe horn with sandals.   Anyways i remained calm and    I said you are yelling  why he was yelling at me  .   His response I do not care .
