Loved this placed. Great service, staff will run you through tests balancing, gate & foot assessment to find shoes that will best support you. They will also ask what you need to shoes for work, fitness and that helps guide the choice. Then he will find you a shoe based on those details. He picked the perfect shoe for me on his first try. Walked out with shoes that work for me. You can return the shoes if you keep the box.
My family and I have purchased shoes at Extreme Runners over the last several years and I have had a great experience everytime. The level of knowledge is unparalleled which has meant the right fit and function. We will return.
My husband and I visited this store for the first time yesterday and were impressed with the level of service provided. The store was busy but everyone received stellar service and attention. I appreciated the patience given to me while I took extra time making my choice. The little dog Olivia who was supervising was a lovely presence. We left with new shoes for both of us and are happy we checked out this store.
I purchased a $190 pair of bondi 7's from Andy at extreme runners. At time of sale I was instructed to take them home and wear them inside for up to 1 hour, he also said "if you have the box it would be good but not necessary" for a return or exchange, obviously. I did as advised however the shoes began to hurt my feet after 15 minutes of wearing them inside, also the box was not returnable as my child had got a hold of it. I contacted Andy and discussed this with him but he said that "absolutely need the box". This flip flop in policy is unscrupulous and misleading for a customer. I was willing to pay whatever discount he would have to provide to a client for not having the box to this pair of shoes. I am stuck with a $211 after taxes pair of shoes that I can't wear, all because of a piece of cardboard. I will never buy from extreme runners again as the return policy changed after he had my money.
Amazing customer service! Andy went above and beyond to help me find my first pair of serious runners. I tried on close to 10 pairs of runners before finding the perfect ones and he was great, taking the time to know how the shoe was feeling and getting different sizes in multiple pairs of shoes, even with a line up down the block waiting outside! If you have to wait in line due to covid it is 100% worth it. Thanks again!!
Professional, knowledgable and excellent selection. Staff are so friendly and determined to find you the perfect shoe for the activity you do whether it be work, run, walk or play. I have limited choices for shoes because of an injury but the staff always help me find the comfiest and supportive pair. I highly recommend stopping by to see for yourself. I've also referred my elderly mother there who has hip and knee issues and she walked away with the "best running shoes" she has ever had from the "most helpful" people.
Great selection for my size which usually isn't the case. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a great pair of shoes for work. I work for Canada Post and I'm on my feet all day, these Mizuno's are a game changer. Overall the experience was great. Highly recommended.
Couldn't be happier with my purchase or the service I received. Owner is very knowledgeable about problem feet. After a month of limping around I walked the Airpark last night and feel hopeful again. My shoes are a gorgeous burgundy colour and have received so many compliments on them. Thank you!
Andy helped me to get a set of runners for my orthotics. He was great, super helpful, and prioritized health overall. Stressed if something wasn't right, come back and he'd help with whatever including swapping em out. Super service. Recommended.
