The Sunridge Mall shoe warehouse didn't refund my daughters pair of shoes. The original receipt had said that you can exchange or refund up to 60 days for unworn. We tried refunding the shoes after only buying them for 1 week. We never even wore the shoes. They said they can't refund it because it's worn. Just because of their bad quality in shoes they aid they can't refund the shoes. If you were to go and buy something from this shoe warehouse you should think twice before buying anything. It's a company that's trying to earn money by cheating. This is how they treated us but I don't know how they would treat you.

Helpful, courteous staff are responsible for this top rating. As well as having a huge selection of footwear. Don't have your size? No problem! The can find your shoe anywhere in Canada! And...have it delivered FREE to your door! Just great!

Shoe got worn-out in one month, when went to store the customer service was rude and start screaming from other customers and refused to exchange or refund. Never will go back very bad people and bad quality.
