Call It Spring

I mainly buy shoes here because the quality of the shoes are up to par with the name brand ones I’ve used and they have designs that suit the current trend. This is the first time I’m visiting this location, and I’m reviewing this location specifically to give a shout to Pamela for her awesome customer service and friendly attitude towards me! She’s a ray of sunshine to your store.

I was this saturday July 17 I am never disappointed when i go in there but this time the customer service was AMAZING. Both the staff were so nice and helpful with every EVERY shoe i tried on. The guy that was working there was nice and very helpful. The lady that was working went above and beyond for me - i have a wallet from there and the "little wallet" that comes in it started ripping and she offered to just give me one of hers cause she had so many instead of me having to buy a brand new wallet. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes because of the customer service.

The girl who helped me was super pleasant and I got my shoes quick as heck. Clean and friendly environment. Would recommend for solid deals and comfy shoes. And lots of accessories too!

Ordered shoes online and never received any correspondence advising shoes were ready for pick up. Then they tell me that because it’s been a while since my shoes were ready for pick up they are non- returnable; even when the shoes were in their possession all along. Service is absolutely garbage and so is the quality of their products. We will NEVER be shopping here ever.

There is a one girl she is wearing a glasses, she's so rude to people i don't know how to explain that she thought the only one speak English, I don't know why people forgot who is standing front of them can speak more than 4 languages . Please watch your language and the way you are treating people, because most of them are better than you.??????????????

So there is this girl...she wears hijab and man she is RUDE. Got no customer service skills at all. She approached me with a "Sup". I have never been to a store where employees approach their customers with a "sup" if I were her manager she would have been put out of that store by now. Not only that she was super rude in dealing with me. She's got attitude but have no basics to back it up. I hope you read this and focus on adapting some strategies to improve customer service skills.

Definitely come here if you want bad, unapologetic customer service. Even after showing my receipt that didn't list any return exemptions the employee refused to allow me to do my return. I was assured by your online customer support that this would not be an issue and I drove well out of my way in bad weather for no help at all. Definitely won't be bringing any business here in the future. Would give zero stars if I could.

The male manager is very rude whenever he see “black people” walk in. He would walk around us like he thinks we are trying to steal something. I was wanted to try on some size 11 shoes. I had only one he told me I had to give it back to him first before he could go get another size 11 shoes which made me super mad that he thought I would try to steal it. Never went back to that store ever again. Would give a -5 star if I could D:

They didn't want me to return the shoes I bought online because their store is suffering from all the returns. I bought them online! Not from your store! They looked better online. I Didn't like them at all. I used to really like the store, won't return.
