Given enough time to browse, you can find so e great deals here. I always enjoy looking through the clearance section and almost always find something to my liking.

DSW is your one stop shop wether you want Jesus sandals or some classy dress down shoes or runners or new wimter boots. This is your spot you will def payless than sportcheck or other non direct shoe companies. Reasonable on returns as well.

I called them 2 times concerning my pick up order. They didn’t answer the first time and hung up on me the second. I called back within the week to let them know I’d take a few extra days since I was in contact with someone who had Covid. When I went to visit the store today, they turned me away saying they were closed. It was only 2 minutes after 5pm and the store hours said they close at 6pm literally a day before I went. They could have been more understanding and had better service. They were extremely unfriendly. Additionally, a pick up order takes little to no time, a few extra minutes maximum. In these stores, employees stay at least an extra hour to clean up the store and organize, yet they could not let me pick up my shoes. It would not have taken long, I had already paid for everything online. It was literally just a few extra seconds. To make things worse, there were still customers inside the store. Never going there again, awful store.

Great selection and they have a nice water proofing spray too! If you get the coil elastic laces, be sure you get 2 for each shoe when putting them on high tops.

A lot of options but the prices are high and even if you get clearance items they are more expensive. Better off getting them from actual stores.

Bad costumer service, we ask for help and staff told us to be patient in rude way. He made us feel like we are from different planet. Don’t work if you don’t know how to do costumer service. If your day is bad don’t ruin other people day as well.

Typically overpriced, very large store. You have to look hard for any deals here. There are specials wracks at the begging on the store entrance, just walk forward 20 feet or so.

Great price on clearance shoes. Not sure if the price was even correct - start the car, start the car!!!
