I have big feet and have always been able to get work boots here till now. They ordered a pair of Wolverine steel toe boots for me. Not even a week after I picked them up they started falling apart.  I contacted the manufacturer and they said to go to the retailer and get then replaced. If the retailer won't do it then to contact them again. I contacted the retailer and they said that the only way they would replace them is if I brought them in and then they would order new ones but I have to leave the old ones with them till the new ones come in. This means I wouldn't have any boots for around 2 weeks. That is not a option.

Large selection although they only had one shoe in the boxes and gave me grief when they wanted to ring me up just after getting the other shoe when I wanted to try the pair on. Who in this world would buy a pair of shoes without trying both on?
