Yum! The owners are just wonderful! We ordered crispy beef and noodles. The owner threw in a side of their new sweet and sour chicken for us to try and let me tell you it was a great marketing move as I have ordered just that now twice. Everything is super fresh and the service is spot on. Highly recommend

Best Chinese Food in Windsor. Great prices, professional and friendly customer service and delicious food. Everything is well seasoned and piping hot when we ordered take out. Food was ready for pick up in 20 minutes. I ordered a combo platter for $12.99 and it did not disappoint !

I tried Shin Shin for the first time tonight. It was the best Chinese food I've had in a longtime. The website made ordering very easy. The food was fresh and perfect temperature when I got home. Will definitely be returning to Shin Shin next time I'm craving Chinese food! Good to see there's still good food and service In this city!!

First order from this restaurant and delivered by Skip. I didn’t get exactly what I ordered and ended up with 3 orders of sweet and sour chicken balls when I was sure I’d ordered 2 orders of their sweet and sour chicken which is a fairly new item I’m told. The 3 orders chicken balls were overdone and greasy. The rice and noodle dishes tasted good although the bbq pork noodles had barely traces of pork. Dinner wasn’t a write off but not sure I’ll order there again.

Overall tasty food and customer service was great! Mapo tofu was especially amazing with authentic Schezwan spicies and flavour!!!! When we went it was quite busy, but it was all good because of their kind service : Rice and noodle could be a bit plain but there was salt on the table to add. Will def come back again!!

Went there last night and the meal was delicious! Had the pan fried lo mein with chicken and vegetable, egg roll and spring roll. All were so tasty! Jimmy was so kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend

Ordered chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls, fried pork dumplings in a combo, and chicken fried rice on its own. Chicken balls were not balls but literally tiny thumb sized fingers. Barely any chicken in them. All breading and so overcooked you cannot poke them with a fork or barely bite into them. The dumplings were overcooked but were the only edible and decent things in my meal. The rice should be called onion fried rice because there's more huge chunks of onion in the rice than there is chicken or rice, I'd argue. No flavor or color to the rice at all other than overwhelming onion. Complete waste of $30. Will not be ordering again. Update: my mom was really not happy with her food, and since it was our first time trying Shin Shin in a long time, she thought it would be nice to call and let them know about our experience so they knew to make improvements. Person she spoke to was very rude and they said that they haven't had any bad reviews or complaints in over 6 months, but there are several bad ones on Google within the last 3 to 4 months. They offered her a small percentage off her next order, even though we told them the food was inedible and went in the garbage.

The classic Shin Shin is gone. This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had out of Windsor. The prices are ridiculous, white rice doesn't come with entrees, the chicken is rubber, the consistency of the hot and sour soup is gross and Szechuan chicken was full of bell peppers over taking the flavour. When we complained they wouldn't refund us but argued with us. I would not recommend this establishment any longer.
