I found Bill Shields to be a very friendly and personable business owner. When in Yuma I tried to have an air leak in my 5th wheel hitch repaired. I was charged $300 US and told it was the air bags but none were available locally, so I ordered them in on my return to BC and installed them for $423. I still had an air leak! I stopped by Bill’s shop to make an appointment and was told they were booked up for the following week but he was willing to come in on his day off on Sunday. Sweet! As I have my truck up for sale I really needed this fixed ASAP. Within minutes Bill discovered a leaky coupling and charged me a minimal amount for his time. Thank you Bill, it was a pleasure dealing with a professional!

Bill and his crew do my annual CVI on my 2016 F-550 every year. I trust them to do what needs doing and charge me fairly. They have never let me down. Don’t be put off by the remote location and mud. Be sure to access off Comox Logging Road not Munster RD. Good people.

The place is hard to find and looks like a dump. Had to drop off a U-Haul truck here. No one around, no drop box. Sketchy as hell.

Always helpful, they have quite a few parts in stock.

Staff were Great although the site was a little hard to find.
