I had an unfortunate car experience that was made much better thanks to Courtenay collision. I dealt mostly with Paul and Carla and they were very kind and accommodating. They booked me in for a loaner car and there was a one in a million mysterious thing that happened after their fix that required the dealership to get involved and they took care of everything for me! I would highly recommend.

I dented my bumper pretty badly, but I didn't want to spend the money on a full repair. Sean was kind enough to punch it out and reshape it the best he could without ordering a new bumper. Only charged me the time he spent. I'm very grateful that he took the time to help me out, I felt no pressure to spend extra money or to repair the car beyond what I felt necessary. These people & auto body shop are awesome. I was literally rushing around before a vacation and they took my Kia Soul in and fixed her up while we were away. Any little issues I had afterwards small paint chip and front light gap from the moulding they fixed immediately! Thanks Courtenay Collision

Great experience with Courtenay Collision. Got me in for both the estimate and repairs within 2 weeks of calling. The other ICBC certified shop stated it would take 2 months before repairs could be done. I was provided with a clean courtesy car, and the work was completed in a day. Staff was friendly and even buffed out some damage that a previous collision place could not. Would recommend to others!Service: Painting

My car was broken into and needed a window replacing. They cleaned most of the glass from the inside before we had even agreed to use them! When the glass came, they did a great job both with the replacement and a really thorough clean of the vehicle, inside and out. Great customer service.

Stopped in briefly to ask about someone looking at a scratch we had along the passenger side wheel well, one of the guys came out and took a rag to the truck and within milliseconds had the scratch gone. I was absolutely delighted with how quickly they helped us, given we stopped in to another collision repair place just a few doors over and they asked us to come back next week, that they were too busy. A+ service, would certainly recommend and will go to see them if we need more work done!
