Shelley's Certified Electrolysis + New Medical Laser Hair Removal & Skin rejuvenation Clinic

The 2 fake reviews from Micheal and Black Diamond on here are complete Bogus!! I've known Shelley for 27 years while she has operated here in Nanaimo and she is the best out of ALL of the hair removal specialists I've seen. She is a certified specialist, NOT an aesthetician. I've gone to others that continue to pluck or under treat hairs and some can't see and miss hairs. I would still be going to this day had I not found Shelley yrs ago. She actually does kill the hair root system and doesn't keep you returning year after year with no results like these other establishments that claim to do electrolysis or laser hair removal.

The most important aspect of Shelley's service is that she cares about her customers. Shelley goes "Above and Beyond". She takes the time to find out what her clients really need....does not "snow" them and delivers what she promises. What more could we expect as clients? Confidentiality, professionalism, and I would have to say that she is a perfectionist.... It is a treat to visit Shelley... And she is very reasonable in terms of pricing. Shelley is truly an expert in the field of permanent hair removal. Her establishment is very clean and attractive. She is professional and very knowledgable, and I am impressed with my results. I have tried other establishments, but none of them have been able to equal Shelley's accomplishments in permanent hair removal. I would recommend her to anyone. P.S. - Love the skin tightening and photo facials too.

Shelley is very warm and personable. She makes sure that you see awesome results very quickly. Her prices are great . I have had the best laser hair removal results with Shelley, she definitely knows her stuff. I would recommend her services. I'm excited to try the photo face next.
