Accents Hair Studio

Love this place. I have had my hair done by both Raelene and Michelle over the past 6 years and was thrilled with them both. They both discussed my lifestyle, how much time I spent styling my hair and what I was hoping for. Then gave me a style that is amazing; modern while being age appropriate. My hair has never looked as good as it does since I started going here. I have taken my niece and very happy with her cut, and that's tough to make a 14 year old happy. The owner and staff make me feel like the most important customer when I arrive and I never feel rushed, the shop is clean and fun and the stylists, while being highly trained, are down to earth and chat with everyone. The whole experience is fun. I have recommended them to several friends, all of whom have been very happy with the results. Additionally I have seen the owner, Michelle, with some of her special needs clients of all ages and she is amazing with them. My usual stylist is off on mat leave and really, it doesn't matter who I get next month for my next appointment since all the stylists there are very good. Every client I see leave this salon is thrilled with their new 'do'. Highly recommended.

I am shocked and discusted with all the 1 star reviews directed towards Michelle and Accents! These reviews are all from a ex employee and her friends. I can see now why she is an “ex” employee as that is beyond childish and I wouldn’t want her representing my business! I have been getting my hair done at accents for over 20years and I have NEVER left there not being happy! They also have been cutting my sons hair since he was a year old and they have been amazing with him! They are all very professional and make your experience simply amazing! Michelle is amazing and knows her stuff! She is very professional! Love you Michelle!!!!

I have seen both Raelene and Melanie at Accents and have had nothing but excellent service from both of them! They are both attentive and helpful when asked for advice regarding color or styling. I love going there, it's a very family feeling environment, and I really feel that they all truly care about their clients. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

I have been going to Michelle Thompson for the last 10 years and cannot say enough about her talent and the excellent customer service she and her staff provide. They are so welcoming and friendly. Me and my family always enjoyed going there. Thank you so much and I will be there soon :)
