Chrissy is my stylist. She is fabulous at visualizing what style will suit me. We discuss it and then she gives me a fantastic cut. Knocked 10 years off me! Always a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Product knowledge A+. Spa is excellent.

Allison did my nails again! She did my manicure for my wedding and did such a beautiful job! She's so sweet and I request her when I book in for a mani because she's the best! Also Lena is the bees knees and my go-to Lash extension gal. I get my hair done by Sarah at Kiyo too and she always does a fantastic job! She's the only stylist who always consistently makes my hair look exactly how I want! She's so good at making my blond highlights perfect!! Best Salon/Spa in Nanaimo all around!

Alisha did such an amazing job coloring my hair! It had been over five years since I last colored my hair, and I went in not exactly sure of what to ask for. After coming home from the salon, I realized that the color hadn't turned out to what I had in mind, and I called the salon the next day to see if they could fix it. They were super accommodating and I was able to get squeezed in on the same day. Alisha listened to my concerns about the initial coloring experience, and was able to recolor my hair to exactly what I had envisioned! I am in love with how it turned out, and so impressed with Kiyo's excellent customer service and willingness to make sure each customer is completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Alisha to anyone wanting to get their hair colored!

I got a great haircut here for a price I haven't seen at a salon in a LONG time... only $55 for a cut with a stylist that had 12 years of experience?!
