2nd time it happened to me. 1st time, I didn't take picture, but this time i did. Bad enough they make us pre-pay, but this is another level. I go through the process of prepayment and lift the nozzle and select the grade. Before insert the nozzle to the filler neck of my vehicle, the machine just runs by itself. To some ppl it might be just 7 cents so why complaining. But if this place does this to all customer, it adds up.nI showed it to the attendant at the store and he took picture from my phone and said he will let the owner and Shell know about it. Surprised that no one else noticed it.nnI asked why the pre-pay all of a sudden. He says both Shell by the highway are like that. Ridiculous is what I say on that matter. I fill up when I'm at a gas station. Don't know what the total is going to be. In the freezing cold, don't want to be entering numbers to fill up.nnI go to this one cause it's convenient when I come from work and this one is off the highway. I guess I have to look for another one.

The male gas attendant was very rude and was not paying attention to his job. If I wasn’t so low on gas I would have left and gone elsewhere.

They are saying they are partners with air miles program, but seems like they never have the offer working. Air miles had offer of 25 cents off on gas today for up-to 50 litres, I filled 36.752 litres of gas but didn’t receive 25 cents off, the employee mentioned that the offer is not working in their system but I was able to redeem my already collected air miles.nOther example is, I’m trying to buy a gift card from last 2 weeks as it is on offer with air miles as well but they are saying that their system is not working to activate the gift cards.nVery disappointed.nI would give -5 if I can.

I use to fill my 3 vehicles here on a regular basis. Now you must pre-paid. Well I don’t have the physical cards of my CAA or Air Miles as they are save in my apple Wallet that means I have to go inside wait to pay then return to pump gas and I need to guess how much I’m going to put in my vehicles. This is such a hassle that I no longer use this gas station and you shouldn’t also unless you have all the time in the world. I believe they were bought out as they’ve replaced their staff. This new staff are rude, don’t care about you or I. It’s now become a transaction and not any interaction. I now fill up at Harwood and Rossland or Salem and Taunton. You will see the previous staff at Taunton and Salem. My new filling up locattions.

This place is absolutely terrible. Never go here Tammy is an absolute miserable lady who is incredibly rude. She discriminates against students and tell us we don’t know math. She starts rushing us and calling us names if we’re paying with change. She is a terrible human being and needs to be taught social skills and human decency!
