Where to begin? Let’s start with the keypad on pump #2: It and others were mounted so high you had to be 6’ tall to see and use it clearly, the ‘correction’ button didn’t work, the ‘cancel’ button didn’t work and in the end my credit card got spit out with a ‘chip error’. And I'm actually kind of happy it did cause the terminal itself looked shady AF and I’m 99% sure my credit card info woulda been jacked. So this forced me to actually go into the station to pre-pay. When I got out and went to start pumping the gas, the trigger and nozzle assembly was missing actual parts and pieces, so much so that I was half expecting my hand to be covered in gas… so obviously a safety issue. While delivering the gas, the pump itself sounded like it was from the 1940’s and I’ll just assume I didn't get the litres that were displayed on the meter. I normally go to the Shell on Marine Drive and Pemberton and I've had never had any issues there whatsoever… this location was the total opposite. I would have assumed a large player like Shell had some minimum standards across locations in an upscale urban area like this. The only reason I gave this place even a single star was cause the employee inside was great and the store portion looked really clean and organized. (I was there at around 6 pm on Jan 25th, 2017)

Needed ice and some coffee, was strange to use creamer out of cups in the deli case. The cups were coffee cups with creamer in them unlabeled.
