Disappointing experience. An older female cashier wearing glasses was unfriendly and seemed irritated during my checkout around 9:22 PM on Sunday. A better attitude and customer service would make a big difference.

I shop at this Save-On-Foods location regularly and, unfortunately, there always seem to be issues. The store itself is convenient and generally well-stocked, which is why I keep coming back, but the customer service is consistently disappointing.nnThe staff often seem very grumpy and make customers feel like they are being treated as potential thieves rather than valued shoppers. The self-checkout area is especially frustrating. The machines freeze very frequently, yet there is almost never an employee actually at the self-checkout station. When you need help, it can easily take 10 minutes or more before someone comes over.nnEven simple requests take far too long. The last time I asked for a paper bag, I had to wait around 5 minutes before anyone brought one. Overall, the staff seem slow, inattentive, and uninterested in helping customers. This location has potential, but management seriously needs to improve staffing and customer service.

I had a disappointing experience at Save-On-Foods last night. The cashier had a very unfriendly attitude and was giving uncomfortable looks while serving customers. They kept sighing repeatedly while processing orders, which made the whole experience feel unpleasant and unprofessional. I hope the store can improve customer service in the future.

Lots of parking in its own lot. Big, bright and clean with everything under one roof. You can even pick up a bottle of wine at this location. The aisles are wide and well organized. Not that busy during the day and lots of cash registers as well as self checkout.

I am a fan of Save on Foods, the quality is always high however the price in some items are also high comparing to Superstore and Walmart. This store is also so clean. Recommended
