Visited this place for a car wash. We Waited patiently for nearly an hr to get the wash done. When we get out we noticed the side mirrors were caked with soap and had hardened. We waited once again in line to speak to the cashier named Ruby. She was extremely rude impolite and refused to understand the issue. She also told us to our face to go complain to whoever we want to. We have never experienced something like this in any other shell gas station.we weren’t looking for a freebie. It’s a shame on Shell to have employees like this. Wouldn’t recommend this location car wash to anyone. Also BEWARE of Ruby.

Worst customer service, very rude. Just went for car wash and my app did not worked. I called customer service and she was way too rude. Very very disappointed. Not recommended at all. Very Unprofessional, Shell please keep upto your name. See other comments too, people are keep complaining.

Staff is very nice except for an old lady, I think her name is Ruby. She doesn't have an education in the customer service field. Very rude and screamed at me.

Good open space. Excellent car wash facility. Soft cloth and touch less both available

Staff very unprofessional. I don't want to generalize but one older lady staff was very rude and does not have any customer service skills. Other than that typical corner gas station store.
