I’m loyal to this location because it’s close by and has car wash. Shell recently changed from soft cloth wash to touchless wash. The comparison of vehicle wash is disappointing. The soft cloth wash was far better and a lot quicker too. I’m not sure why car washes are moving to touchless which doesn’t do a good job.

Horrible Service and Poor AttitudennI had an awful experience with Prabh, the gas station attendant. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the car wash service was terrible — my vehicle was not washed properly at all, with dirt and residue still clearly visible. It looked like it was not washed.nnI would not recommend this gas station or its car wash based on this experience.

Pumps are new station. Look clean but was very unhappy with getting wet. Because the gas pumps are sheltered but where you have to pay outside. You're open to the elements and I got soaked and not very happy about it.nAs you can tell by the other reviews, this gas station is probably not a good one to go to.

Good sized spot plenty pumps and a decent convienient store.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my car wash card. This card was given to me as a gift, and I had it pinned to the side of my refrigerator. Unfortunately, I forgot about it during the mild winters we experienced previously.nnRecently, I decided to use the card at my local Shell gas station. However, I was informed that all the car washes had already been used at this station over an hour away from where I live. I contacted the customer service number on the card and was told the same thing.nnI explained to the representative that I neither live nor work in that city, and I would not have traveled over an hour every week to wash my car. Despite my explanation, I was informed that the car washes had been used week after week within one month and that no funds would be restored.nnThis experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as the card was never used by me. I believe Shell should reconsider its policies to ensure customers are treated fairly. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing or recommending this card in the future.
