Nice Shell. Gas station that is. Easy access to the pumps and lots of them also. I use the Shell app along with Air Miles and am happy with them. I only gassed up so no review on the store part. We did use the washroom and it was relatively clean. Overall our experience here was good.

That coffee was disgusting, couldn’t drink it, either the pot is ancient or it hasn’t been cleaned all year. Shameful to sell garbage as a drink.

In what world is it ok to have a conversation on the phone while helping customers? This isn't the first time, in fact it happens about 80% of the time I go in. This gas station used to be amazing, then it got sold. Not sure why you let go of all the amazing previous employees only to hire on the absolute worst workers I've ever met. A word to the owners, I hope the employees there own the place because they don't care about your business at all.

Bathrooms are dirty- bought a green tea the hot water dispenser provided luke warm water and when I mentioned it to the cashier she barely acknowledged it! I said again that she may want to put a sign on it, she shrugged and said I will put an out of order sign on it! Zero customer service
