Great store, great selection, stars went down for expensive prices like all save on foods, will continue to shop elsewhere for things but in a pinch or for fresh bakery or need something quick I pop in here to grab what I need!

Save on sucks they took away the rewards cards the cashiers used to have. Buy local. The prices are extremly inflated.

To the manager re: your employee Brett -nAbout a month ago I bought some produce and it really wasn’t up to par. I called and asked for the produce manager and was put through to Brett. I told him that I thought you might not want this produce on your shelves because it was very woody. He apologized and thanked me for calling, said he’d check it out and told me to come in with the receipt and he would both replace the product and reimburse me for my trouble. I didn’t because it wasn’t a big $ amount and not the intention of my call But he was so very cordial and I thought it very nice to make such a generous offer.nFast forward to this week. I went through the till and put my change in my purse and was just at the door when Brett caught up to me and said, “You dropped this.” He held up a dime.nHe happened to be at the front and had seen it fall I hadn’t and followed me to give it back! I am still in awe that someone would do that. What a great guy!n Amazing customer service.

Posting on behalf of my mom, Karen.nOn January 3, 2024 after shopping at Save on foods. I drove home to Sorrento before realizing I did not have my purse and wallet. A wonderful lady found my purse in the parking lot and brought it into Save on right before closing. The purse was given to Anne and she immediately brought it to Colleen at the service desk to make sure my purse was kept safe overnight. I was contacted the next morning regarding my purse and was able to pick it up that day. I am so thankful for the exceptional customer service and effort on each of their parts.

That's the same on foods nothing special but they didn't have a good selection like that you wanna Vancouver
