The Shell gas station was overall okay. It’s easy to access and the area is relatively clean, but a few of the pumps could use some maintenance. Prices are pretty standard—nothing noticeably cheaper or more expensive than elsewhere. The convenience store has the basics like drinks and snacks, but the selection could be better. Staff were polite, though not particularly engaging. All in all, not a bad spot, but nothing especially impressive either.

Really bad experience, management needs to step innnI had a really upsetting experience with the morning shift employee, Marry, at this gas station. I am an older person and it was freezing outside, and I needed help because my card wasn’t working at the pump. I politely asked her to come out or at least explain what was going on, but she completely ignored me, gave no information and refused to help. It was very frustrating and honestly made me feel disrespected and neglectednnHer attitude was rude, arrogant and self-centered from the start, and it felt like helping customers was too much effort for her. She was lazy and dismissive, and I could see her treating other customers the same way, impatient, rude and clearly uninterested in doing her jobnnWorking at a gas station is a service job and requires basic respect and willingness to help people. If the morning shift is being handled like this, management really needs to step in, because no one should have to leave feeling ignored, disrespected and frustrated over something so simple, especially in freezing weather

I recently visited your gas station at young and shapperd on Friday January 31 2025 around 10:45 pm time], and I had a disappointing experience with one of your employees. The staff member,his name is raddy he was very rude, unhelpful and, unprofessional Pleseennhe ignored and didn’t accept my cash to buy gas, cigaret and drinks.nI wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to improve the service at your station.nnThank you for your time.

I’m absolutely outraged by this place. My friend came only to accompany me while I bought cigarettes, but they demanded to check both of our IDs, even though my friend wasn’t buying or smoking anything. Even when my friend showed a valid ID photo, they still refused, which is beyond ridiculous. This treatment felt blatantly discriminatory and racist. Completely unacceptable I will never return.

Had the Indian guy behind the cash register been a little more courteous, friendly and helpful, I would have spent $70 in additional goods and service. But because if his insulence and rudeness, I only put in 30l of gas...
