I've been visiting this Esso daily and have had great service except from one individual who is mentioned in the two star review below mine. I decided to post this review because this employee had decided it was okay to be rude and mistreat a customer. I came in today like I do most days and I made a purchase. I had asked him a simple question and he gave me a rude answer in a tone as if I had done something wrong. I then paid for my item and asked for the key to washroom. Within three minutes of being in the washroom I heard loud knocks to the door. I replied. When I went to return the keys he told me I should sleep at home. Meaning I took to long. He then told me he would never give me the key to use the washroom again. I told him that first off his tone in speaking to me was very disrespectful and that he should be more respectful to his customers. He then called me an idiot and said that I was threatening him. This employee has to deal with a lot of people on a daily basis and if he can't learn to respect them then he should get another job not involving much communication with others. Maybe he works a night shift and he is tired but I still don't think it's right for him to treat customers the way he does. I won't disclose his name but I am going to send in a complaint.

I like this location. Because the Tim's is self serve I can get my coffee and gas on the same bill.

Nice people working here I forgot to take my change of $30 and 2 hours later I got it back with my receipt on a nice manner Thank you guys

High traffic area - I understand it but the old guy who works there is so rude to customers.
