Unappologetically combative attendant made it seem that their leaking fuel nozzle (pouring gas on my shoe) is somehow not a big safety concern. 
Nevermind that he still charged me for the gas, he gave me the type of dismissive attitude that you would get from a street thug. 
(He then hurridly covered the nozzle as per photo)
