RAW CHICKEN ALERT!!!nI came here tonight for a chicken taouk sandwich and realized at the end that the chicken I was eating was raw. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. Shortly after, I started feeling sick.nServing undercooked chicken is a serious health risk, and much more care needs to be taken in the kitchen to ensure food is cooked properly before being served to customers. Unfortunately, this experience has completely ruined my trust in this place.nI hope the restaurant takes this issue seriously and improves its food safety practices so no one else has to go through the same situation.
Amazing experience at Shawarma Palace in Orléans! I’ve eaten shawarma at a lot of places, but this is by far the best one in Orléans.nnHuge shout-out to Mikhael and Fadel they were super friendly and helped us decide exactly what to put on our plate. They even introduced us to their new sujuk specialty.nnEven though it was already 10:30 pm and they were basically done for the night, they went out of their way to make a fresh batch just for us. That kind of hospitality is rare and truly appreciated.nnGreat food, great service, and amazing people. Highly recommend this location!
Holy Moly This Is A Lot of Food!nChicken Shawarma plate. That is a huge mound of food. I was shocked when I got it. You could easily feed 3 people or more with this. Shawarma was nice and moist, not dry like a lot I have had in the past. I certainly had to get a container to take most of it home. I enjoyed it very much
If you’re hungry and have a big group, this is the place to go! They can easily seat over 14 people at one table, which is impressive. We weren’t even that hungry but decided to stop by during a recent trip to Ottawa.nnThe place truly lives up to its name—it’s palace-like inside. The shawarma plate is absolutely massive; one plate could easily feed a family of four! Lol. We ordered three plates, and the staff were kind enough to provide all the utensils and plates so we could share.nnThe food was satisfying and flavorful. I’d love to come back on an empty stomach so I can fully appreciate it next time.
Every other shawarma place in Ottawa pales in comparison to the one here on Innes. The food is amazing, portions are enormous, the team are SO friendly and welcoming. They always recognize me when I come in.nnI got the Sajj sandwich trio this time around and didn’t disappoint - it’s massive, tasty and definitely having this again
