If you want to eat in a halal, clean and reliable place, you are in the right place. I would like to state that the restaurant is spacious, bright, wide and clean. I would also like to state that the portion size is large enough for more than one person. I think the salad, hummus and other ingredients that come with the meal are of high quality, but I think the flavor of the meat should be increased. I could not fully enjoy the flavor of the meat. The flavor I expected was a softer and not dry döner, but it is not easy to find this flavor. In general, I can say that it is an above-average restaurant and worth visiting.
Overall quality and freshness of the food here has gone downhill significantly in the past year. We have been die hard a Shawarma Palace fans for a decade, purchasing it a few times a month. Unfortunately, tonight will be the last night that we dine with them. The majority of the produce was wilted/rotted and the chicken was dried out. Very disappointing.
I've tried many shawarma palaces, but this one truly stands out! The flavors are rich and authentic, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The meat is perfectly seasoned and juicy, while the fresh veggies and sauces complement each other wonderfully. I also appreciate the generous portions – you definitely get your money's worth!nnThe service was fantastic; the staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly. I also noticed how clean and well-kept the restaurant is, which makes the dining experience even better.nnWhether you're a shawarma lover or new to it, this spot is a must-try. Can't wait to come back and explore more of their menu!
I went to this big restaurant, very well organized, good ambiance, enough space to talk and enjoy the food in peace. According to my lebanese friend, it is the best place to get real garlic sauce, hummus, and the cooks are also natives who speak Arabic, so the whole experience is as close as it can get. Big dishes, lots of food and good price for the quality, recommended place!
Best Shawarma in the Ottawa region. Taste and portions are the same as all the other Palace location. Large and heavy on the meat, comes with two pita bread. This location is newer and the place looks much better than the other locations. Service was cold, but it was busy which makes it understandable.
