This place is crowded with a lot of happy return customers. I’m one of those. The line is very long going all the way to the door. Staff are efficient so you can order your food pretty fast and then a little wait. It’s ok to wait a little as the food is good. The price is a little bit more than the other shawarma restaurants but then the portion is almost double. One order can feed 3. They give you 2 pita bread. There are a lot of tables and half of the customers are getting take out. We tried the chicken shawarma platter both times. It’s around $23-ish plus tax. The place is clean as the staff clean up the tables and floor continuously. I certainly will return.
This is a very delicious store and I have to say, it was an incredible experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredible awesome and were friendly and eager to help.The portions were generous, and I appreciated the attention to quality in every bite.If you’re a shawarma lover or just looking for a delicious meal, I highly recommend Shawarma palace at this location. I can’t wait to go back.
This is one of my favourite places when I visit Canada.nnIt is so filling and tasty !nnThe Potatoes are my favourite !nnMy kids love the rice that come in the Shawrma platter.nnAnd not to forget – the shawarma itself is the best. The potion is so huge.nnHighly recommended.
Best shawarma I have tired so far in shawarma capital city Ottawa.nnOne falafel platter$20 is good enough for 2 people and it comes with 2 small pitas.nSo it is best to order 1plater instead of ordering 2 small falafel sandwiches$9.5x2.nnStaff were having internal communication problems with orders and rushing the order while making the falafel sandwich.nnOverall very good experience.
I have eaten at many schwarma places. You do not see many reviews from me about these places. You'll notice I gave a five star to this place. From the moment I walked in, it was inviting, clean and wonderful atmosphere. The gentleman that was taking me order was absolutely accommodating, polite, and a pleasure. When we received our food it Was truly astounding. The flavors on the plate we're all fantastic. You can tell by the hub of people coming in and out that they all love this place. And I was even told by some in the line up that they love this place. I forgot to take pictures inside because I was so focused on the wonderful meal. But I will tell you the inside of this place is very nicely put together. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of free parking.nKeep up the good work!
