My partner and I ordered a mixed platter and we noticed the beef was very fatty and pretty much inedible. This was disappointing because I used to eat at this location a long time ago and the quality and freshness was much better. Not long after we ate we felt very sick and it definitely was something to do with the meat. I’m not sure if it wasn’t cooked properly but my partner and I both felt extremely sick, almost to the point of throwing up. We will not be coming back and was a waste of money considering the plate with taxes is almost $30. They should atleast be paying attention to making sure they’re not making customers pay just to be sick after because of they’re negligence.
On the rise! Huge portions. Chicken well flavoured and seared. The potatos are crispy and well seasoned!! Ask for Garlic in top of your potatoes
The food was really good, especially the quantity.The staff were nice and helpful too. The only downsides were that the place was a bit cold, the music was too loud, and they mixed up my spicy shawarma with the regular one. It would be great if they used stickers to label them. Overall, still a good experience!
The food was excellent as always, every time we come to Ottawa this our go-to place for shawarma. Never get disappointed. It's a little pricey, but portions are as big. This time I also tried the fish, it tasted really good. I would highly recommend this place. No wonder they have been voted number one shawarma place in Ottawa. I don't think any one can match their taste in Toronto. I hope the taste stays the same for years to come. Best of luck
I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place clearly doesn’t appreciate their customers. I’m a regular here, and they served me a dry beef burger. When I brought it up, they simply said, “We can’t do anything.” That’s really disappointing I expected better treatment and respect as a loyal customer.
