The food hits the spot the rice were great the meat was really juicy and tender and well cooked the pieces were bit large. The sauces were on point specially the spicy garlic the server was in little too hurry and wasn't asking for toppings and sauces.
One of the best shawarmas I've had in Canada. Take into account that portions are huge. The Shawarma plate is for 2 people, for sure.nnThey have a varied menu, with different options, including vegetarian. We all know shawarma places don't tend to be the prettiest places to take a seat and eat. I'm not going to say that this is a super nice restaurant, but it is totally fine to seat and eat there. The space is big, they have baby highchairs, and you can tell they have made a great effort to create a good atmosphere, and maintain a clean space. Better than many fast food restaurants.nThe service was excellent, they all are super nice.nThey also have a parking space which is a great plus.
Shawarma here is absolutely top notch in terms of flavour and quality. Plates are $20+ but the portions are gigantic you can easily share one plate between two people. Pita comes on the side as well in case you need to fill up on extra carbs. Extremely clean interior - it was very pleasant to dine in. Food is served quickly. Great spot for a quick bite especially if you are craving Shawarma.nnNote: It may be a bit harder to park only street parking due to its location.
Shawarma Palace has been my reliable go-to for a delicious shawarma fix for quite some time now. However, my recent visit with my family left me feeling quite disappointed. While the service remained excellent and the ambiance received a much-needed makeover, the decline in the quality of their food was starkly noticeable.nnThe first letdown was the tasteless beef and dry chicken in the shawarmas we ordered. It was evident that the once flavorful and succulent meat had lost its charm. Even the tabouleh, a staple side, lacked freshness, further adding to the disappointment.nnIt's disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of food at Shawarma Palace, especially considering its previous reputation for serving delicious shawarmas. Despite the friendly service and the aesthetically pleasing makeover, it's challenging to overlook the lacklustre culinary experience.nnWhile I would gladly commend Shawarma Palace for its top-notch service, the food quality leaves much to be desired. Considering these factors, I'm hesitant to rate them any higher than 2 stars for their food quality, though their service warrants a solid 5 stars. Hopefully, they address these issues soon to restore their former glory in the realm of shawarma joints.
This Shawarma Palace truly impressed me! The food was not only delicious but also served in generous portions. The service was decent, and what stood out the most was how it surpassed other Shawarma Palace locations I've tried. Highly recommend!
