Went on Friday night for dinner b4 an event. Service was fantastic. It was not a busu night but the kitchen took over an hour to turn out our 3 burgers and 1 stir fry. Because of a mix up on half of the meal. 2 orders came out fresh the other two were cold. They did give a discount. In the end we were late getting to our event too.

Stopped for lunch and it was the best, juiciest burger I've ever had! Great staff as well👍👍

What a disappointment. We came in from Prince George last night and were thrilled to get a 5.00 off gc from the Sandman front desk. We always look forward to eating at Shark Club and have had wonderful meals in the past. It was late Friday night, around 9 pm, and the place was empty. Our food was AWFUL. I ordered a Thai chicken salad with extra chicken, and my boyfriend ordered a steak sandwich. The waitress came out and said they didn't have enough chicken to add extra. I said OK. Then when the salad came, it was the wrong one. It was the taco one. It had tortilla chips and cheese on it, making it very obvious it wasn't mango Thai. I told her its the wrong one, to which she argued and said " no its not!" i had to say, look, its the taco one. She said she will get it fixed and took it back. My boyfriends steak sandwich was also a disgrace. The onion rings ( all three of them) were burnt. The steak was tiny and overcooked. The salad was the only good part. When my meal came, the chicken was cold and resembled the boxed precooked stuff you would buy at Walmart. And there was NO MANGO on a mango salad. When the waitress came back, i told her that and she offered to go see if the kitchen had some mango, i said to her not to bother. The portions were small. For 55.00 i felt really ripped off. We wont be back on this trip, and normally we would eat there all three nights of our trip here. I am glad there is a way to post a review, because how they could mess it up that bad in an empty restaurant is beyond me and i think the manager needs to know!!!
