The price on the drive-thru menu board for items is lower than what they charge. Not sure how that is legal. Be careful, check your receipt.nnAs if they aren't charging enough without being dishonest and deceptive.nnService and food quality are usually okay, but inconsistent. May not return.
I ordered 1 double-teen, 1 onion rings, 3 piece kids chicken strips, 2 cups of water and 1 small coke. Total - $30.00nI don’t know what’s going on with these fast food restaurant prices but I’m done supporting this highway robbery.
It was ok. I had to place my order 4 times through the mic in the drive through before I had to tell them to please listen to the words I was speaking to him. Finally, he got it. I was driving away with my order and figured I'd check it before continuing. Good thing I did as the 2 orders of onion rings we ordered weren't in the bag. They put fries in instead and yes, we were still charged for the upgrade to rings. I went back to the drive through to get the onion rings. When I handed the bag to them, the bottom of the bag got soaked with grease that they cake all over the drive through window. I guess they need a new drive through window or something but it was nasty. I would hate to see someone put that bag on one of their vehicle. I put it on my passenger side floor mat and cleaned it when I got home. I can't recommend this location at this time..
Perhaps if we started hiring children to do the job again and stopped hiring out of India we could have our orders correct...
45 minute wait for 3 drinks, and previously i waited 25 minutes for an order of onion rings while the employees fought the whole time, then i got onion rings that were almost completely unbreaded, and were so cold! this used to be the good A&W in quesnel
