KFC

We went to KFC yesterday, I wasn't going to post a review because I thought it was settled in the store yesterday. There was confusion of my order, I ordered the $7.99 two wrap one honey hot and one spicy, drink and fry deal yet I was given only 2 wraps and told I didn't order the combo - but I was confused because I pointed at the combo on the wall right behind the till and told her that's the one I wanted. Anyways I went to ask for my receipt and was just given the drink/fries. So that was all settled however I just went to eat the 2nd wrap I specifically saved for lunch today and it's wrong - it's mayo , not spicy. I hate mayo. This was our 1st and last time going to the Quesnel KFC.

They ran out of chicken 1.5 hours before closing. Didn't seem like that was unusual for them. Took 1 bit of the coleslaw and spit it out. Popcorn chicken, they last bit of chicken they had, was good.

Friendly staff. The food was prepared quickly.nnYou can only sit inside, there is a delivery service. The good thing is that you can order and stand in the KFC parking lot and you get the order brought to the car.nnMy order was all good, very tasty.nnMy wife said that the women's toilet was very unclean

It seems that no matter how specific you are in ordering they just can't seem to get it right. Tonight we had a coupon for a 12 piece bucket, lg fries and gravy, got home and had 2 macaroni salads in the bag. No fries or gravy. It wasn't even busy, so no excuse. Probably had more screw ups than correct orders in the last few months.

App rarely works properly so we are forced to order in store which costs more as they do not have the exclusive deals in store. Also, when calling the store it rings about 6 or 7 times and then automatically disconnects. Today is Saturday and the website says they are open till 10:00 but online app will not allow us to order past 7:30. This is not a one-time thing. KFC really needs to up their game.
