Shari's Cafe & Pies

The night service is friendly and very fast. The food is much better than you would expect for a chain restaurant. This is a great place to go for a midnight meal.

The food was amazing but the service was horrible. Stood at door for five minutes before acknowledged then waited another five to be seated. Was checked on once after receiving our food, never got our water refilled. Waited 15 minutes after finishing our food to be able to get birthday slice of pie. Went to register 10 minutes later to get pie and pay and had to wait another 10 minutes. By this time we were ready to leave without the birthday pie and voiced this, at which time the waitress got snappy saying the pie had to be made. If we had been told this on the first place we wouldn't have got upset, but to just leave us feeling like we were forgotten is ridiculous!

Tanya and Heather served the best level of quality I have seen. They are warm, welcome and overall AMAZING!!!!!!

The service was great, I ordered the all-meat Fritatta and was disappointed by the lack of bacon. It seemed they did one dash of bacon bits and there were maybe 4 or 5 tiny pea-sized pieces of bacon. I was hoping they would have cut up at least one strip of bacon. I'm on a high protein diet and was disappointed for this reason, I wanted to go somewhere i could get a large plate of protein and was disappointed by the size and quantity of meat overall. Flavors were good and service was great. We will be back, I just might need to order extra meat to reach my protein requirements. I didn't realize the portions were so small.

Food is consistently good. Wait staff friendly and courteous. Late night go to meeting place!
