Shari's Cafe & Pies

Seats had a bunch of crusty food on it- as if they wiped tables off onto the seats. Then after we where seated we sat and waited for food for over 50 mins and watched people seated and order AFTER us get served first. THEN, we overheard by a waitress that our order got skipped. The waitress didn’t even have the balls to come back to our table and tell us, or apologize...but left it up to the gentleman at the register who nicely let us off with not making us pay for our drinks. Literally every time I visit one of your locations my experience is always awful. I don’t get it. Who in the hell is in charge of this place?

Excellent! Good meal. Friendly service. Tina my waitress was great. She made me forget the long work day I just had. Manager was friendly and welcoming.

I give it 5 stars because the service. The steak was overcooked but the manager made it more than right. Best sharis in the franchise, in my opinion.

Awful service, a couple buddies and I came in a little later at night and we waited for 30 minutes and no one came to greet us. Would not recommend anyone come here.
