First trip to the Niagara Wine Trail and first winery we visited. Very nicely appointed and spacious tasting room and Larry was very informative, accommodating and fun, catering to our individual likes in wine. I think we tasted every wine on the tasting list and perhaps some that weren't? Their wines are very good and we left with more than a few bottles. After visiting a few of the other wineries in the area, we actually returned to Freedom Run to share a bottle of their '13 Chardonnay - very nice wine! Would highly recommend a stop at this winery. We will definitely visit again.

Decent wines but I go for the experience, as well. The hostess barely said a word. Didn't even describe the wines we chose! 4 tastes for $5.

Great atmosphere and the owner is a really nice guy. The wine is really good. Conspiracy theory both red and white are really good. They have a great selection for those who love sweet wine. Friendly and down to earth. Informative and professional...freedom run winery will have you running back for more!

Wines are great and complex. A bit pricey, but worth it. Customer service was excellent. Staff was well informed and down to earth.
