Dog went for his 1st major groom, and got shaved pretty short, given his matted puppy coat. He's no worse for wear, and wasn't stressed by the experience. We appreciate having someone close by, so we can drop him off and pick him up quickly. No nicks or cuts, nice cut, good nails, ears, etc.

I have been taking my dogs to Shampooches for 4 years now . They are always willing to accomodate if it's an emergency or last minute appointment. The owner has come to my place when I didn't have a car and done small bum trims long hair dogs for us also . Professional clean kind groomer .
