Amazing customer service! I called ahead for a walk-in nail trim and nail polish. They were able to give me a time to come in so they could accommodate her. They were all kind, friendly, and cheerful. My dog is a rescue so I wasn't sure how she'd do but the groomers really put me at ease. My dog was completely comfortable and responded well. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
I took both my dogs here for grooming same bread from same litter and asked for them to have the exact same hair cut. The groomer didn’t verify a length with me as I said do the same thing as our previous visit which was done very well. My male dog was significantly longer than my female dog, which was not what our previous cut looked liked. I called to ask them to fix the issue the following day because he was to long, and the owner continued to argue with me over the phone and call me a liar because her employee insists I said to have him longer. I would NEVER say this as my male dog hates being hot, and the last time I took him here the length was perfect. Thus, I assume the groomer made an error in her notes and cut him to long. The only option the owner would allow is for me to pay for the groomer to fix her mistake keep in mind my dog is small and only weights 18 lbs, it would take maybe 15 min to fix this. UNBELIEVABLE! I didn’t ask for any money back or say she did a bad job in any way, all I wanted was his cut to be shorter to the original length I asked for. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service and the owner/manager seriously needs to take some classes on customer service and how to deal with customers. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place, they make mistakes on purpose to try and take your money twice for the same service. Should never be in business. SCAM! You asked if your employee called me a liar directly, I said she did say “your a liar”, but she specifically told me I said something I did not say. This is the same thing. You as the owner also said I believe my employee, I don’t believe you. The consultation clarification should be done by the staff, as I don’t know the specifics of what you need. Saying “give the same cut as last time” and receiving a longer cut is not the service I requested or paid for. I told you to check your cameras to verify the conversation and you refused. You are absolutely scamming people when you ask them to pay for services that YOU and YOUR EMPLOYEE messed up. Again, as you said, a 15 minute fix should be something that a business would happily correct in the customer service industry when they make a mistake. I never asked for any monetary compensation, I simply wanted want I asked for, which you continue to say I didn’t ask. AGAIN calling me a liar.
Very happy with how thos old dirty dog looks after his spa day. My only thought is he didn't smell nice. I just sprayed him with pet aromatherapy fragrance but I would have thought he would have smelled fresh and new. Other than that Maddie is wonderful and I will definitely use her again!
This was the 2nd time we had our dogs groomed here. The first time they were cut nice. The 2nd time we wanted the dogs hair cut the same way as the first time, which was entered into their computer. Didn't happen. It looks like they did a really quick trim only cutting 1/2" of hair off. Not impressed for the price. Looked like they are too busy with the volume of clients they have to do a proffesional job. We won't be going back there.
Very unhappy with the grooming my benji received. He was been hyper and caused a mini moment of chaos when dropping him off I can understand, but his grooming was highly highly underdone. The employees had extreme attitude and were extrémala rude to my partner. they finished in an hour which they usually spend 2-3 on him. nails were sharp after the trim hadn’t been Dremeled, his bum and tail is still matted which I had asked for them to take extra extra care with we weren’t even able to tell if the oral package was added on. Just mainly upset over how tangled he still is and how rude the empures were. I asked them not to trim his butt but if the Mayte were bad than do whatever is needed to be done but it was not. This was my main groomers but I will probably not be back in the future very disheartened to hear how it.
I went to my email to check when my dog grooming appointment is and saw it was today 11a.m instead of Thursday as I had that in my phone. I called and explained this to the owner and asked if they send out reminders. She said we do but we had to update our system and that's why you probably didn't get it. No text no email reminder. So now they are charging me the no show fee. If I would of gotten the reminder day before I could of worked from home and brought the dog in - but because I was at work I wasn't able to get my dog in.. Thank you
Groomers are good, if overworked, but the reason for two stars is the owner/manager. For every interaction I've had with her, she's been unnecessarily terse, condescending, and confrontational. The first time, I chalked it up to a bad day, but after that it's just plain rude and bad customer service. We won't be back.
What a kind group of individuals! I have brought both my dog and cat there now and I have been impressed every time with them. 100% recommend them
They are always so great with my Doggos. They treat them just like one of their own family members. Plus they look fantastic and smell great after their grooming. The ladies are the nicest and most warm welcoming group of ladies I have had the pleasure of meeting.
