Ruff Cuts Pet Spa

Moving back to Edmonton after a 5 year detour in Calgary, we were thrilled that Lauren could take both of the dogs on, and she nailed their hair cuts just as she always did before we moved. Our new guy is pretty insecure, and she exercised extra patience—we appreciate it, and so did Tucker. Thanks for the great experience, Lauren!

This is the first time I brought Raya to Tip Top Tailz. Her hair was badly matted because it’s been awhile since she’s been to the groomers. Heather did an amazing job! She didn’t take very long and was very professional. I’m so glad I found this place! Highly recommend thank you Heather!!

Love taking my shiba to them, patient, understanding and explains what they were able to do vs not able to do. Considering that they can get my shiba's nails done... amazing!

This is the 2nd time we brought Luna to Tiptop Tailz. Before her first visit there, it took almost a year before we brought her to see a professional groomer because of a previous traumatic experience Luna was not the same for awhile. I informed Heather about our concerns ahead of time and she made sure Luna will have a good experience with her. Turns out she was right, and we'll keep coming back to her. Amazing! I brought my puppy to Tip Top Tailz for the first time and Lauren did a fantastic job grooming her. When I came to pick my puppy up, she looked so fluffy and adorable and she even put a little bow on her! Lauren really goes above and beyond to care for your animal. It's the little details that count. A really organized, professionally run pet spa. I won't go anywhere else.

Took our Bailey here for the first time today and she did an amazing job on her. Bailey is sheltie so I was very nervous about seeing someone new as there are so many horror stories about groomers shaving them. She did Exactly what I had asked and she looks beautiful. Very friendly and her prices are awesome. We already have our next appointment booked for 6-8 weeks. Thank you so much.
